They were made for my belt which is 1.25 inches I believe, though very snug. I will measure and get back to you in a few.

The bottom is open, sight rails are sewn in as well.

Still no reply from Odious Youth from email or PM I sent. It appears that it might be risky dealing with this seller since there are communication issues (similar to the ones Garzavalwolf is having with Odious Youth).
Time for me to look elsewhere for a holster.
