7.5" AR-15 A3 pistol upper chambered for 5.56. 1:9 twist barrel with A2 flashhider and a YHM free float quad rail. Does not include bolt group. This is for pistols ONLY. If you own an AR-15 rifle, but do not own an AR-15 PISTOL lower, it is a felony to possess this upper without proper Class III registration (on an AR-15 SBR). As this is not a firearm, I am willing to ship as long as it is legal for you to receive it. Your payment must clear before I ship. I'd much rather sell face to face in Austin, TX.

does the lower have to state pistol on it or does the lower just have to have a pistol tube attached???

The lower has to have been originally sold as a pistol. I am not a lawyer, but this is my interpretation of the law.

as long as the lower has never been built as a rifle (attaching a buttstock) and was not transferred on a 4473 as a rifle, it is ok
a virgin lower makes this ok to possess as long s it was transferred as a pistol on old form or receiver on the new ones

sorry if im muckn up the ad, but if you bought the lower stripped then what would that be classified as? I have like 3 stripped lowers and wanted to know if i would have to buy another just for the top end? this might be someones elses question too.
