Yes they are.Guess cause the lid opens and closes like a tupperware box.

Just FYI, I purchased a Gen 2 1/2 G27 that also came in the tupperware box so they made them for a lot of years. It is the correct box for the G27 because it has the matching serrial numbers.

Yea they were used for a long time,up until 2002 I think?They did change the inside and got rid of the ammo holders after the first few years so there isn't near as many of the particular type I'm looking for out there.
