Up for sale today I have a brand new, never fired DTI 16" dissipator upper. Rifle length gas system, standard handguards. THE LOWER, BOLT CARRIER GROUP AND CHARGING HANDLE IS NOT INCLUDED. This is for the upper only. I bought this from Elite Tactical Components and then wound up going a different route with a midlength system. This has never had one round through it. Looking to recoup my money. $350 and that includes shipping to your door.
