I have a 14.7" upper receiver for sale. It is built with the following parts and has about 150 rounds through it.
-CMMG WASP treated 14.7" barrel w/ pinned A2 flash hider
-Centurion Arms C4 10" free float rail
-Shaved and re-blued pinned front sight base.
-Aero Precision flat top upper
-JD Machine tactical latch charging handle
**NO BCG**
Located in San Diego and would like to sell face to face, but will ship for $15 and it will be packaged in a heavy duty shipping tube.

**EDIT**
Decided to keep the barrel and upper, but am still selling the Centurion Rail. Will sell it for $220 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. These rails are rock solid and mount directly to the factory barrel nut. They are a great option for those with fixed flash hiders.
