Does it come with the foregrip? Will it fit the Glock 17 L?

Does not have the foregrip. Bought it as a open box item, grip is missing that is why i am selling it a little cheaper. Yes it will fit the 17 L

Don't forget to get a $200 tax stamp from the ATF for building a short barreled rifle with this kit or you could add a 16" barrel to your pistol.

Lacking a written opinion otherwise from the Enforcement Branch, simultaneous possession of this kit with a gun to fit it, even if not assembled, is likely to be considered "constructive possession" of a SBR by BATFE unless your Form 1 has already been approved. Know the risks. They include up to a 10 year vacation at Club Fed and loss of your right to ever own firearms. That is a heavy price for Tacticool.

Correct, you don't have to assemble even it.
Just having the firearm and this stock without having the firearm registered with the NFA can get you in trouble.
