Gerber lock-blade folding knife. 8" overall with 3 3/4" blade. I originally bought this knife around 1995 at Hudson Trail Outfitters in Bethesda, Md. to keep in my fanny pack while mountain biking. The price was $50.00.
To the best of my recollection, I only used the knife once, to cut a large vine that had wrapped around the crank. It is in as-new condition. There are no scratches or wear marks and it has never been sharpened. Engraved on the blade is "GERBER 600" on one side, "Portland, OR USA" on the other.
The knife has just been sitting in a desk drawer for quite a few years. Includes the ballistic nylon sheath with belt loop.
