I have a set of orange/white tritium Speed Sights for 45/10mm Glocks. This came off my G30 and I used it for about 500 rounds. When I sold the gun, the buyer wanted to put his own sights on.  I had caught the corner of the rear sight on something, so there is a small nick on the top right corner. It does not obscure the white diamond nor does it interefere with acquiring a sight picture. $85   check the link below for more detailed pics
