View Full Version : sad, lack of training...
will get you killed on duty. up to now i still see our cops handcuff suspects w/ their hands in front on TV, making it easier for the suspects to "agaw armas", w/c if im not mistaken has already happened inside crame. in this case "pat down" lang could've saved their lives. sad.
They should be vigilant and untrusting. It is similar to "Disaster Risk Reduction" attitude in Disaster Management. Among the cops I know, yung mga "seloso" ang di natitira basta basta.
it seems that they trusted a fellow service man too much. a costly mistake for them. i pity their families. they should have a mind set from now on to pat down / frisk and handcuff anybody they will arrest, whether kapwa pulis / military or not.
they shouldve taken the gun first and if he resists then i guess, rules of engagement, unahan mo na kesa ikaw ang maunahan. its sad...
Sus! Why didn't they pat down the suspect?
a case of misplaced "professional courtesy". what were the two policemen thinking of? they must have left their "coconuts" at home! :faint:
Kaya, "In God we trust, all others 'let me see your hands'!"
