It is likely a good idea to retain an attorney who is experienced in cases of concealed carry and self/other-defense should a situation arise where one actually has to use their CC firearm in self/other-defense. I would further surmise if, heaven forbid, something like this happened, it would be in your best interest to have an established relationship with an attorney and you are not scrambling to locate an attorney who doesn't know you and you don't know if they can adequately represent you.

Any of you know of good and experienced attorneys such as I have described above in western North Carolina? I have asked around and can't find any attorneys with experience. I just get a lot of, "They are a great attorney but...."

Perhaps you might want to even list experienced attorneys who have successfully defended or are at least well versed in firearms, self-defense and CCW in your areas of the Carolinas to help others. Please list their contact information.

Thanks in advance!
