Blackhawk Holster Question/Help

I just recieved my new Blackhawk Serpa holster. I love it..BUT, What is that little square piece used for that comes in the package????
I feel like a Dumb___.:dunno:

It's just a label tag. If you look close it should have a reference to the type of gun it's made for IE XD, Sig, Etc.

It a pitch it and forget it thing.
