FireFox: How To Block AdSense, Google Analytics?

I'm using the Ad Block extension in FireFox and do not understand how to block adsense and google analytics.

Any suggestions for a FireFox newb? Is there a better way to do this other than Ad Block?

I don't use it but apparently the newer Firefox add-in "Adblock Plus" will do the job for both Adsense and Analytics.

You'll need their filter sets from the website.
http://easylist.adblockplus.org/

That will allow you to keep visits to your own site from effecting either of the Google programs, adsense or stats.
