Better if you can post a wiring diagram so we can visualize it. Kahit sketch lang. Does it run on 220v ac? And what type of wire did you use for the cutter?

I've seen some aluminum firearm cases made by local "GLASS AND ALUMINUM SUPPLY" shop that is realy tough as nails and it doesn't cost an arm & a leg. Some of them even have fiber glass re-inforcement in every panel. I saw similar cases in Raon, Quiapo that is being used to protect sound system equipment.:whistling:

Saw a foam cutter today at a Trade Show. The smallest was going for around 1,400 yata. The bigger one was 4k. It also has a horizontal wire connected to the same circuit for cutting the foam into thinner slices. Ingat daw sa Uratex type (the one pictured above) kasi mausok. I'm not sure if the close cell foam that are used in our gun cases contains PVC whiich can emit dioxin when burned. A risk factor for cancer. Better do it outside and with fan blowing the smoke away from you. Use a respirator too. It's better to be safe. Hope this helps.

I think I may still have the contact details of the store in my car. Just in case any one is interested.

Meron ka pa'ng libreng Coca cola or 7-Up while you wait on your order.
I'm not sure if they offer closed-cell egg-tray foam, though.
Malambot ang egg-tray foam nila, and it's blue.

bought my StormCase for my pistol in Manila..a dive shop somewhere in Pasig..it has Cubed Multilayer Foam to tailor it to the shape of my pistol and magazines..i think nasa 3.8k yata price nun...for rifles, i guess around 15-20k

if you want to go cheap, here are some hard cases sold in airsoft shops (2.5-3k):
