Not sure about GSSF but a LE dealer with whom I've done business is Olinville Arms in the Bronx, White Plains Rd.

Lawman Supply they have 2 locations in Jersey I havent had a gssf purchase I did make a LE purchase and they were very helpful. Believe they only allow LE into the store so I would suggest calling and see if you can purchase there.
