View Full Version : Enlarging Printing font size?
My printer is an HP7650. Often, especially when printing a newspaper article, the resulting print is so small, that it is difficult to read even when using my reading glasses. Is there any way or program that will allow me to choose resultant print size?
That is controlled by the program you are printing from, assuming you're not using a dot-matrix printer.
There should be a "page setup" option somewhere that will allow you to change the print size.
Post more specifics and we could walk you through it. :wavey:
What I do is click on "Print Preview" under the "File" menu. This will show you what your printer will do.
If it is too small, I have a couple of word processor template files already set up (one in MSWord, other in Lotus Symphony). I click and copy the article text from the print preview, then paste it in to tone of those wp templates, adjust the font size if needed, and print. MSWord2007 will copy all graphics, photos and text. Sometimes I want this, sometimes I just want text (use Symphony for text only).
When you're done, make sure you don't save the now altered file.
