Need foam for case

I'm trying to find a place local to get foam for the inside of a hard laptop case. At work we will be using a new model for the field techs, and it is bigger than the old ones we have been using, will need a complete redo.

I was trying to help one of our IT's build some new inserts to fit the new ones. Any suggestion on where to get some foam local? I'm in Houston, and tried Fry's, no help there. We were wanting to try a few mockups before ordering.

Any suggestions as to what type of foam? I do not want the pick and peel, and need something very durable as well. I'm thinking I will need some .5" and 2", maybe a small peice of 1".

How much do you think the cost will be?

I did a search, but did not find anything. If I missed it, please point me that direction

I have purchased the foam from Pelican before. You could see what size is close to what you have.
