Any TreoPro (850) gurus out there?

I have a Sprint TreoPro that is giving me Sync issues...The phone is about 2months old and has Synced fine in the past...Now, it will Sync the card, but not the phone, gives me an error telling me "Desktop synchronization cannot be completed. Reduce your mailbox size by deleting some items and folders and try again."

I've deleted all but the necessary TXTs (about 20) and emptied the email boxes completely....What gives?

I'd try re-booting the phone, sometimes my 650 deletes stuff without actually deleting it until I reboot the phone.
