Here is what my 6 year old has caught in the last 2 weeks. No help from dad on either fish.
20 inch smallmouth

Can I borrow him for a day?

With the water levels up high, we barely see a bass and if you do hook one, it's been 1-2lb max if that.

I am sure you are super proud of him!
I remember so well when I went fishing with my dad.
Those were some good times.
And to this day I enjoy it so much to go fishing and just chill out.
My favorite spot to fish right now is Cabo San Lucas, to be more specifique: Los Barriles. I can recommend it!
