Saw this on gunbroker. There is no hammer or safety.

To me, it looks like it has a "bobbed" hammer, and combined with the lack of a visible thumb safety, I'd guess it's probably a DAO (double action only) version. Long heavy DA-revolver-like trigger pull for every shot, and the hammer returns to the full-down position as the slide closes.
I thought the Hi Power was strictly sa only?

The "classic" BHP is; the DA or DAO Hi Power is a newer, different critter.

The original design is only SAO.
This is a different breed.
