These are taken in Rose Hill Cemetary in Macon Ga. It's almost like a park, with trails, benches, spots for lunch, and dead people.

Interesting shots. So what is the role of the railway in that cemetery?

That's Norfolk Southern Railway. It runs for miles along the Ocmulgee River through central Georgia. Rose Hill runs right to the rivers edge, and the trains run along the edge daily. There is a point that you could get close enough to "high-five" the engineers!
