I purchased a Glock 26 about 6 weeks ago & have been practicing at least once a week since then. I'm getting accustomed to it & am getting pretty good. However, I've come to realize that the grip may be just a little too big for my hand. When I'm holding it correctly, only about 1/4" of my finger is on the trigger. Also, I keep sliding my hand down too low on the grip since that where the hump fits most comfortably.
My DH suggested sending it off to get the grip reduced. He suggested a Southwest Shooting Authority http://www.southwestshootingauthority.com/612600.html to do the modifications. Everyone I've spoken with says they do very good work.
Has anyone done any grip reductions done on their gun? Outside of the cost & time involved in getting this done, 'm worried that the 26 just won't feel right in my hand once it's done.
