Good evening guys...

Anyone familiar and using Magic Jack?

I currently paid another year (US$19.50) but the problem started after that. I cannot make any calls anymore...the system requires me to retart the magic jack because it reflects "error 400".

Tried uninstalling then install again the unit but same problem....I can't even access the live chat (technical support of magic jack)...

Any help and assitance will be very much appreciated...

I wonder if error 4 is the same as error 400?
I tried to get in touch too but no live chat right now.

poodle has one but it is newly purchase and no problem right now.

+1 sa update. Planning to switch to magic jack since the subscription is cheaper per year compared to vonage and cordia.

Sad to say the "error 400" still persist....

The link Vega gave me cannot be opened...the other link is under construction.

I'm still hopeful. Sana mag up na yung Tech Chat, or a member can give us the email address so at least we can send Magic Jack something...

I've had Magic Jack for a little less than a year and other than having to dial the area code for 100% all calls, I've had no issues. (Live chat was not helpful getting the issue solved so I programed all numbers into speed dial, works for now)

I paid $99 for 5 years, deliverd.

Ayos yang magic jack :thumbsup:, some of our relatives even use it for long distance calls sa pilipinas. Long distance not overseas, calls to/from province and metro manila. :supergrin:
