Has anyone checked with their PDs come November how many pistols permits they will issue per visit? With the new law in NJ mandating only one purchase per month I would think a lot of agencies would only issue one a month.
I would think that you can still be in compliance if you pick up to 3 permits and use one in a given calendar month over the 90 day window.
