Can you take a gun into NC and sell to a dealer?

I live in SC and I am going to the gun show in Charlotte. I know NC residents must have a permit from their sherriff to buy a gun but can I sell it to a dealer there?

Am I allowed to even take the firearm into the gun show?

I have sold a few pistols at the gun shows in SC but have not been out of state.
