Gunshow and airsoft show. I was there kanina i was hoping to get a few 9mm ammos biut yung hinahanap ko ubos na. Meron lang mga over acting na seller ng mga copies ng maxepedition products and blackhawk akala mo susugod na sa giyera sa attire. Naka shades pa at may earpiece. ROger and out

I just go when my friends would need some advice on what to get. All I usually need is ammo and there is a 1 week leeway after the gunshow that you can buy stuff at gunshow price at the shops

I went yesterday and I'm sorry to report that I was kinda irked at this one older guy at the Espinelli booth. Aside from obviously being a loud-mouth, he was claiming to be one of the guys who "worked" on the Alvin Flores case. When I talked with the Espinelli guys, they wouldn't tell me who the guy is other than he is supposed to be a "cop". What a "blowhole"!!!!

Sorry for the rant, guys. One of the reasons I avoid the gun show now is because of the too many "wannabes" and "hangers-on".

Oh, and there isn't really any new stuff. Plus, I think they should move the venue to a different place, maybe like the SMX Center at MOA. More people to accomodate, better surroundings, etc.

I went there twice this weekend. What I really liked was the .22LR AK-74. But my biggest regret was seeing those Glocks at the Trust Trade booth, at P40k or less gunshow price, a G21SF too... and my money had gone to another project...

But anyway needs first before wants, that's why I loaded up on .223 ammo boxes among others.

Say, did you guys catch the "Tactical Fashion Show"? What little I saw of it was great, but real funny to see Pinoys in German WW2 uniforms.

BTW i saw Dino sa booth nila kanina

I saw him last night at their booth. I wanted to talk to him, but they were having a pizza break.

I'm impressed with their Firestorm's quality. The only thing I don't like about the Firestorm is that they are mostly equipped with an extended slide release which could dig in to your skin if the pistol is worn on an inside holster. Other than that, they have come up with a superior product line.

Almost all of the gunstores. Almost indistinguishable from the real M4, until you put in the goofy-looking magazine. Plus the safety is rotated 180 degrees to fire. And no, it's not compatible with the regular lower. It's made by Umarex of Germany, same as the AK-74 and the GSG-5.

Isuzu, you were here?

That is made by Walther and imported by Umarex here in the US. Not a real M4 and you cannot swap with 5.56 upper. VICARA have one.

That's the reason I built a dedicated lower and buy a TacSol AR22 upper. I can swap with 5.56 uppers anytime.

Also, not an orig Colt M4.

Oh about P80k I think. And for military, police and local government only (that's what the sign said).

At the Twin Pines booth, they had some SIG556s (all wrapped up in plastic:supergrin:), some sniper rifles, one RPK, and another which was labeled RPK but was actually a Type 81 LMG, quite different. And yes, military, etc. But perhaps that cute Benelli .308 autoloading hunting rifle is surely available to civilians...

It didn't occur to me to ask them. Hopefully they're still there at next year's gunshow.

I wasn't able to see the show because of the crowd, but I was at the Magnus booth waiting for two Cebu friends to finish their transactions, and those dressed-up guys passed by, I distinctly recall one dressed as an Oberstleutnant (LtCol), one infantryman, plus an American GI circa D-Day, and an Afghanistan "operator". Pretty accurate too, right down to their airsoft Mauser rifles.

Please, any BoG with pictures of them?

Really priced out of the market...:whistling: I couldn't imagine my taxes going towards the purchase of even one of these. Still, if the restriction would not apply, there's always some well-heeled civilian out there who'll take it. It's also rather heavy.

But if I had about P90k on hand, that SIG-Sauer P220 at Nashe would have gone home with me.

Hi isuzu.:wavey: Perhaps we passed each other on the last day, I left around 6pm. I was with Django on Saturday. Perhaps you could ask for your "Ilonggo discount" from Nashe, I watched their displayed Blackwater SIG P226 go to a friend from Cebu.

At the Aquila booth, I saw a Taurus M85CH .38 snubby (blued US version with bird's head style grip) which I could have sworn was the same gun I saw when I first started going to gunshows in the 90s'. Hope it gets a new home soon...
