Shipping to L.A?

Any ideas on a cost effective el cheapo way of shipping items to LA USA?

I have some T-Shirts (12 pcs. gunclub shirts) for some guys over there kasi.

I think DHL international is cheaper than Fedex or UPS, but Fedex and UPS are more reliable. I think that's the only way, our postal service is AWFUL. All my packages sent to the US come to the recipients' houses with a "opened by accident" sticker from the Philippines!!!
