I was watching the all day NCIS marathon on USA today and wondered something – would the military’s criminal investigative units be limited to using only FMJ’s in their M11’s, or could they used JHP’s since they are not a front lines combat unit? Or, would the (<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Geneva??) convention also include such units in the non-JHP rulings? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Also, would military criminal investigative units have to go through the FederalLawEnforcementTrainingCenter (Glynco, Va., right?), or would they receive training through their respective branches?
Thank you in advance.
