If someone can answer this question for me, I'd really appreciate it...

How is it that someone can bid my EXACT reserve???? It's happened like 2 times this month.

But what I've been doing to drum up bids is waiting till near auction end and dropping the reserve $1 to send a message to every bidder that I have dropped it.

So say, I have a reserve of $22,997 (meaning I've dropped it 2 times).

How can someone bid that exact amount? I look at the automatic bidding and it just look like he bid once and NAILED it on the dot.

The person bid higher than the reserve. If you have a reserve of say $102 and someone bids $150 his bid will go to your reserve only.

oooo, that explains a lot. Thanks!

What if he say reserve is $102 and he bids $150. Then someone comes in and bids $105? Would the $150 guy win the auction at $105? or no?

That's pretty crappy of them.

One more thing to add to the "Why eBay SUCKS" list.

Honestly, after all the crap that happens with eBay\paypal, I am surprised anyone uses it anymore.

I believe he will win it at the next dollar interval you set in the auction. Say the bid increment is $5 he will win it at $110.
