No speedloaders, carry one speedstrip though.
Two on my person, two in my vehicle, with two speed strips.

I carry one speed loader in my other pocket, and one "ammo wallet" (http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.asp?ProductID=1256&GunID=107) at my 9:30 position on my belt.
Today I have One Speed Loader for my SP101 and Two Speed Strips for my 442 with Ammo that will all so fit the SP101.

Carry infrequently, but then with one speedstrip; speedloaders for range use only.

I did when I started carrying one, then I got lazy. Usually no reloads. probably should. I have both speed strips and speed loaders (the push type, not the twist type).
2 speedloaders (HKS) or 2 speedstrips
Today I have my G26 and 442. The G26 has a Sleeved G19 Mag with 15 rounds and a G17 Mag for a reload. I have Two Speed Strips for the 442.

I have two I can carry, but I seldom do. If I need more than 5 shots of my .44 I'm in big trouble anyway. Either I'm not hitting what I'm shooting at or there are more of them than I got bullets! Time to call out the calvery.

2 speed strips or 1 speedloader
I carry this neat speedloader for my SP101 called a 37-2 Airweight. :)
Seriously, I generally carry two spare speed strips, both with .38 Special ammunition so I could reload either gun. I sometimes drop a speedloader with magnum ammo in a jacket pocket also, if I'm wearing a jacket.

I carry just one speed loader in my offside front pocket most of the time (HK).
Sometimes carry one speed strip, if I'm wearing light weight slacks and don't want the bulge in the pocket.
One reload is enough to make me feel comfortable, I am not going to get into a running gun battle with my little J frame.
usually one speed strip...sometimes two...usually a speed loader or two in the vehicle if I am traveling...all loaded with Federal Nyclad 158 grain +P's...

When I carry my J frame, mostly one speed strip, sometimes two if I have a jacket or good pants pockets.
If I ever have to use my J frame, I probably wouldn't have a situation where I would be reloading anyway. The speed strip is more for psychological comfort, than anything else.
If I am going somewhere where I think I might need more, I take a semi-auto (Glock).

One HKS on me, and one in the Jeep.

One spare 5 round full moon clip in off hand pocket. 9mm.
2 speed strips on me, 2 speed loaders in the consol
I take a more complex approach. If I pocket carry or IWB while wearing a jacket one speed loader or one speed strip in jacket pocket. When I have no jacket but have a hoodie or t-shirt and I pocket carry then I have a speed strip in the most versatile ammo pouch from simply rugged and if that includes cargo shorts another strip in the cargo short pocket. If my 640 is my BUG then no reloads as my primary is my S&W full size M&P 40

Cold weather: 1 speedstrip or speedloader in my watch pocket of jeans and sometimes another speedloader in a jacket pocket.
Warm weather: 1 speedstrip in a Dillon Precision speed strip pouch on my belt (because of shorts).
I'd carry a speedloader more often if I ever get one of those pouches that splits the rounds over your belt.
Truck: I have two speedloaders and 2 speedstrips in a dashboard storage pocket of my Toyota Tacoma.
If you guys ever get the chance, try out the S.L. Variant speedloader. They are nice! They've replaced my Safariland Comp 1s and HKSs.
