When was the last year Sig produced the all-German made P226 before SigArms-Exeter made the US slide and other components? Thanks!:)

They're still making them. Dan's has some right now. 226 AL SO. $799.

This is quite confusing, coz I just got myself a slightly used KH date code- 1997 P226 W.Germany with a folded stamped steel slide and a NIB 2002 date P226 with a Made in Germany stamping on the slide, that'a also has the folded stamped steel slide:upeyes:
