Can I use AA#5 for .45 Super loads in the Glock 21?

I use AA#5 for loading my .45ACP loads and was going to be setting up my 21SF to handle occasional .45 Super loads. I'll be using 22lb. recoil springs and a Lone Wolf supported chamber barrel. Do any of you who load for the .45 Super in the Glock 21 use AA#5 to work up loads in this round? Any ideas on what loads data you can share on this?

IMO, AA#5 is too fast for 45super loads. You need to go a bit slower, HS6, AA#7, Longshot maybe.
