what scope to get?

I recently pick up a barely used Ruger race rifle and need to get a scope for it, the main use for the rifle is informal target shooting and the options are:

Nice scopes, but both of those seem like a lot of scope for a 10-22. I just put a Barska 3-9 x 42 IR B.D.C. Drum Contour scope on my 10-22 at about half the price. Also has a red 4A Mil-Plex IR retical for low light shooting.
