View Full Version : Glock 23 Trigger
I have a glock 23 and have looked at a few diagrams but can't find the name of the parts I am looking at. THe actually trigger there are two small pins that at only able to go in on one side. I noticed I had to push the lowest one back in, so if I lose one I would like to be able to get another one. Does anyone know the name of these two very small pins?
trigger assembly pins??? im not for sure mostly this is a bump
does anyone know?
Pictures would be helpful...
the other is the locking block pin....

The metal pin holds the trigger to the trigger bar, the plastic pin holds the trigger safety in place. Since the trigger and trigger bar come as one unit you will not find replacement pins. If you have a particularly nice trigger and the trigger safety breaks you can take the trigger off the trigger bar by drilling the opposite side pushing the pins out then replace parts from a new trigger bar.
These pins are not sold separately to my knowledge.
Glock considers the entire trigger bar assembly to be a single part and expects it to be replaced as a single part.
Next time the pin walks out, put a tiny dab of superglue on the end before pushing it back into place. Don't go overboard, you just want it to stay in place, you don't want to put so much glue in there that it penetrates down into the hole and gums up the mechanism.
My pin in my g23c trigger must have not been set all the way in from the factory. I took it to the range today and shot 100 rounds through it and the pin didn't even budge so must have fixed it.
