Very, very nice!

I've been holding out for a Pro and an Operator... One day.

Here is my Springer collection, minus three off at the Custom Shop

Great looking guns!

Combat_Vet, how do you manage to buy ammo for all those kids?

I've thought about a Professional once or twice.

Me too. :)

I got my TGO1 a couple years ago, but it hasn't stopped me from wanting a Pro.

I'd like a Pro as well, every one I find is bumping $2,700, is that a fair price?

Sporting Arms has them listed at $2400, not sure if they have one in stock but they do seem to get a PRO in on a semi regular basis.

I might be wrong but I thought SA raised the MSRP on the Pro.

When I bought mine in 2008 it was $2400, so it wouldn't surprise me if they are creeping toward the $2600-2700 range.

You have to remember if a Pro is in stock most likely someone will take advantage and get a few extra $$$ because some people are always willing to pay more to skip the wait.

PRO's are not so unlike Milt-Sparks holsters: if you place your order and WAIT for months, you can get them for less than if you just have to have one right now. I saw one listed on a California gun forum a few weeks ago for $3,300. I've obviously seen them elsewhere for less. I've paid everywhere from $1600 (used) to $2650, -some had rails, some did not.

I've found the SA PRO model to be somewhat addictive: As soon as I shot my first one, I was on the hunt for a second one. I sold off my Ed Browns to fund more PRO's. I'm at four and counting....

My only complaint with that model is the grips - the stock grips are fodder for the classified section until Simonich sends replacements.

I guess due to supply and demand, they can be that much.

Otherwise you're waiting a long time from Springfield.
