New 17hmr Purchase!! Need Help W/ Scope

I just purchased the savage 93 in 17hmr. I don't know much about mounting scopes and desperately need help. I bought some rings that look like they fit my scope but now I think I need a base. I want something relatively cheap if possible (<$20). Any help would be great!

I thought the 93 came with bases already installed.

If so, and if the rings you bought will attach to Weaver-style bases, then you should have everything you need to put it all together.
