Hello, I do not reload but have been collecting brass from my range outings.
What I have accumulated is brass, mixed head stamps:
1400 9mm
650 .40 SW
425 .45 ACP
88 assorted rifle: .270, .243, 270 WSM, 30.06
200 .223
80 5.7
45 .308 WIN
There is a gun show coming up and I would like to trade for either ammo or cash. What could I expect to receive? I was figuring .01-.03 cents a case, is this reasonable. I don't want to insult someone or rip myself off. There are always vendors buying brass at these shows.
Thanks in advance
Ric-

I would check gunbroker. They always have auctions for brass of all sizes. Usually they are in even lots of 500 or 1000 for pistol brass and smaller lots for rifle brass. 9 mm usually goes for $30 per 1000, 45 for ~$50 per 1000. Odd sizes will often have higher prices. But all of these prices are usually for cleaned brass. Overall your thoughts of .01 - .03 per case are pretty close.
