MY 2 AR builds, DONE!

Well, I have done my 2 AR builds.

Number one,
Model 1 sales parts kits 16" heavy barrel upper, Magpul ACS stock. Eotech 512 and UTG carbine Quad rail, no name foregrip, essential arms lower


Number 2
DSA 16" parkerized M4 upper, UTG extended Quad rail, DPMS lower parts kit, standard stock. Essential Arms lower.

I haven't decided on an optic for #2 yet. cant decide between eotech or aimpoint

Still workin on one of my AR builds, but for some reason (prolly hanging out here) I got the urge to pick up another Glock, so that cut into the funds for it...

Picking my Mega lower on Monday to finish my SP-1 build.

The #2 cost me VERY little to build

I already had a lower from a a while back
the upper was $265
I already had a BCG
the lower kit was $55
and I already had the stock

and I used my credit card reward poiunts to order the flip up sight and quad rail off of amazon

Where do you guys get such cheap uppers? I paid $750 for my Stag 2HT upper.

JTLIII, how is the Model 1 sales treating you? I have an acquaintance who put one of Model 1 Sales "varmint" uppers on his lower and was getting tremendous 100 yard groups with black hills ammo. I'm thinking about picking up one of their uppers. Any feedback?

Model 1 is top notch IMO. Great quality, and I shoot pretty well with mine.

Skip the Aimpoint, go for a Trijicon.
