See, I was looking at that, but it doesn't have pics throughout the steps. It confuses me a little when it gets to the sear, counterweight, and ejector pin.

I had the 45 version I couldn't figure out how to strip it, it never would fire more then one round without jamming took it to a gun show got thirty bucks for it, and was happy to get that much.

About every jam you could think of that gun had, mostly FTF

1. Pull out garbage can.

2. Throw Hi Point into garbage can.

They are what's called a turd gun. What is a turd gun you ask?

Go to a rest stop toilet and fish out a turd. Hold it in your hands. You have just experienced the ergonomics of a Hi Point.

Now, go buy a brand new Land Rover, put 100,000 miles on it in two months. You have just experienced the free fall depreciation of the High Point.

Now, go try to put 50 rounds through a Raven 25 without a jam or malfunction. You have just experienced the reliability of the High Point.
Long ass double action only trigger pull, too.

you might want to try a high point forum, they do have a rabid following.

Maybe just soak in simple green and use an air compressor to dry it out.
