I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on how to secure the pressure pad cable down on the AR? Or if I should bother... I've got it mounted on the side of one of the CAA light grip forend grips like this one (http://www.commandarms.com/product.asp?pID=225&cID=12).

Thanks

I remember seeing bands of bicycle innertube used back in the day on standard handguards. Not sure now with all the railed handguards and stuff.

A piece of bike inner tube is my favored method.

My Tango Down forend grip actually has a recessed/notched out area for it to fit into... Works pretty good...

You take the cap off the bottom of the grip, slide in the pressure pad, put the cap back on it pretty much stays... Plus I think it had some two way (velcro) tape behind it too... But as much as I've handeld it its never came loose on accident...

I got the pressure pad inside the grip part OK, now I'm worried about the wire flapping around (for those curious, its in the groove in the grip on the other side of the grip):

hmm, mine never seems to cause issue, but I see your concern... Cable/Zip ties??? Not sure where exactly..
