Shotgun Picitinny mount

I need a shotgun picitinny mount for the front mag tube for my shotgun. I am not able to use the surefire fore end set up, so I need to find a quality picitinny mount and flashlight mount for my Jetbeam light. Any suggestions on brand where the best place to get one?
