I saw this link on another forum and thought I would pass it on you you fellow mates and gals. I just got off the phone with one of the gunsmiths there and he said that there striker blocks will be in next week. This guy was awesome he answered all questions and went above and beyond to explain it all to me as if I had never done any gun work or mods at all. I will be giving these guys my business soon as they have both the sear and the striker block in stock.

just installed the Apex Tactical sear.

Stock Trigger Travel - Total travel - take-up - reset - trigger weight
M&P 9 Pro (stock) .55" - .34" - .21" - 4lbs 2.8oz
M&P 9 Pro (Apex) .55" - .385" - .165" - 3lbs 5.2oz

one thing that i prefer on the Glock trigger is the distinct "CLICK" and feel of the reset.
the Stock Pro trigger had a slight click and the Apex has no click or feel. :(

now to get to the range this weekend.

I installed the Apex sear in my FS9 and like it a lot more than stock. I've never handled the Pro models so I can't compare them but versus the standard M&P sear, the Apex sear is great!

Have you taken it out to play yet?

I haven't decided what to do with the trigger on my Pro yet. Even though out of the box, it seems I shoot better with it than any of my Glocks, that have various triggers in them, I find that if I'm forced to shoot "weak hand", I have accuracy issues with any trigger over 24 oz. I guess that proves it's my weak hand.

had the XDm, Pro and a stock out to play yesterday.
between 3 different shooters, the Pro was the favorite and most accurate of the 3.
i didn't shoot it much, my friends were having a fun time shooting it and the XDm.
I didn't mind because they were using their ammo so i didn't have too

a little bending of the trigger bar got the reset feel back.
i also installed a Ti FPB and did some minor polishing.
