Is Massachusetts a full capacity mag Ban

Just wondering about Massachusetts is it illegal to ship a 17 round mag to someone there? i know it is to California. I just want to double check. thanks. It is a Pre Ban Glock 17 17 rounder mag with the "U" notch.

As long as they have an LTC class A and the mags are preban it is.
