Can you recommend the trigger I need for my 19 and 23. I'm starting to compete and need all the help I can get LOL.

The trigger your G23 was originally issued with is part number 2303. This is a serrated (target) trigger. You can see one on the LWD web site here: http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=443

Your G23 will also accept the G22 trigger, part number 357. This is a smooth trigger. You can see one on the LWD web site here: http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=477
