Another USGI 1911A1

I have added a 1943 Ithaca 1911A1 to my collection. I was really hoping to get one with original finish, but this reparked model came into play for a decent price. I has a unissued WWII High Standard barrel.

funny how no "bells and whistles" looks better to me. Especially considering that is a period piece. Great looking gun.
