Here are some chrono results of Hornady Tap, and LC m193. These are from my new AR with a 16in LMT Chrome lined upper, and Rock River Lower. Accuracy at 50 yards was great with both but I wish the weather was decent as I would have liked to test at 200, but that will have to wait for another time. These are for 10 shot average.

Which TAP? Red box (5.56) or black box (.223).

Red box is hotter as it is NATO spec'd.

It's the Red Box.

Fairly close to Hornady's test velocity of 2660. Did you record any that were closer to or higher than 2660? Thanks for the testing!

Yes, there were a two higher than 2660, and several very near that mark. I deleted the string but the highest was 2672. I believe that the lowest was 2624. It was 30 degrees and the wind was blowing snow sideways. You're welcome for the the testing. It was my pleasure.

That's interesting, thanks for the chrono work.
It shoots pretty decent from my Commie gun too.
