Does anybody knows where I can find switchblade laws?
Can I carry one if I have a CCW license?
I have looked at the laws of my State and they don't mentioned switchblades, I have ask policemen and they don't know.
How can we find those laws???!!!

Dear Magnum,

Get a copy of your state Penal Codes and a copy of your local municipal Penal Codes. It should be covered in there somewhere. Also, check with the A.K.T.I. (American Knife and Tool Institute) they may have some resources and information. If you are at all in doubt about carrying a switchblade - do not carry one. You may be setting yourself up for a felony. Do not lose your right to own a gun over a knife!
