Hi!
I have searched this forum and the Blade-Tech Nano seems to be recommended most often. However, I also like the looks of the Raven Ghost. Has anyone used both of these holsters? Pros and cons of each?
TIA!

I have both, like both, but prefer the Ghost. Pictured below is a G38/Nano on the left and a G19/traditional Blade-tech on the right. Also, a photo of the G38 in a Ghost, which is not IWB.

I'm running my G39 in a MTAC, and I can't imagine a better holster exsisting. I have tried many many brands, for IWB carry, and none were as comfortable.

OWB carry, I like any of the kydex holsters, but I think Uncle Mikes makes the most sturdy product.

You will notice my holster extends down past where my slide stops. It has the slide style body on it, and I could carry a 37, 38, or 39 in it.

I have the same holster, albeit left-handed. You can carry just about any Glock in it.

In fact, I use it for my G17 (which I rarely carry anymore); today, my wife tried it out with her S&W M&P 9c to see if she liked the holster (she did, ordering a right-handed M&P version for her today).

I just received my MTAC with the 37, 38, 39 slide kydex Thursday and have been carrying my 38 since to get a good feel for it. I am very impressed with it so far. Very comfortable, so comfortable on my bike, in the car and on the couch I forgot it was on until I actually stood up and could feel the weight.

I think it's time to adjust the cant but so far the way they shipped it has done just fine.

Thanks for all the input, but this is too much for me to look at tonight. I will start again tomorrow.......

Below is a photo of the Raven Phantom holster, which is a modular design.

I carry my G38 in a Blade-Tech Nano and I'm very happy with it.

I've been carrying my G38 in a Comp-tac paddle slide, and I like it very much. I have an M-tac for the 9/40 Glocks and endorse it for IWB carry.

The Raven stuff looks well made, and all of the reviews seem to be positive, but I have no firsthand experience.

I have been reading reviews yesterday and this morning for the mentioned holsters and from what I have seen, it appears that the Raven Ghost holds the weapon higher and tighter to the body than others. Also, Danny recommended it and I have come to respect his opinions so I will order the Ghost. Thanks to all for your responses.

How loose are the 'small frames' in it? Just thinking about ordering one for my new-to-me G29, but this sounds like it might allow all of the others to fit if I decided to carry them (everything from a G20 down to the G27). I like 'multi-purpose'.

I got this for my G39 on Ebay. This shop always has auctions for this holster. Wears real well off duty w/ jeans at 5 o'clock (above right rear pocket). It is light and cheap. I think it was The Holsterstore.com

Good luck finding one, but my choice is a Bluegrass Hybrid IWB/OWB:

Oh no, the holster bodys are made to fit specific frames. I had to swap out the body, where I did carry a G23, to one that fits the GAP's.

Try carrying the slimmer G23 with the GAP kydex body. That's what I do with my G17.
