My uncle wants me to sell a Ruger new model superblackhawk in .44 mag for him. Overall the gun is in very good shape. I don't think it was fired much. looking for help on the value.

Can't help much on yours without seeing it.. But I can buy brand new ones here in Tx. for $448.00. If your has a non fluted cylinder and say a 4 5/8" barrel and blued in Very good cond. I'd ask 425.00 and be prepared to drop to 300/350/375.00. Ouch. I know. But They are a dime a dozen at gun shows. Used ones fetch 300/350, and excellent cond 400.00. Again, here at least. Almost 450.00 NIB. A little more if it is stainless, but not much. I have bought and sold a truck load of these over the years, and this has always been my experience. It doesn't hurt to start at 425.00 and come down if you have to. If you have the box, that will help as well. Clean it real well before ya show it. ;)
