drill and tap, what should it cost?

I have an old Enfield 30-06 rifle that has already been drilled and tapped for a scope. The problem is one of the screws on the back part of the rail broke off and one of the screws on the front is stripped and spins instead of tightening down. This happened before I got the rifle and figured it out when I took everything apart to figure out why I couldnt sight in the scope. So I need to take it in to get redrilled and tapped. How much do you guys think this is going to cost to get an idea before I go get quotes.

Should break down to what he charges per hour. It sounds like it's all labor very little in parts. I would expect 1-2 hours tops. $50 to $100 would be my guess.
