I sometimes use Glassure saftey slug or MagSafe in my 357 mag for CCW. In your experience how does this look in court. Does the jurry realize it is for saftey?

I've been involved in a few Glaser cases and one Mag-Safe. Sometimes, the ammo didn't even come up. In the rest, allegations of ultra-deadly ammo and therefore malicious intent were neutralized by educating the jury that the Glaser was called a "SAFETY Slug" because it was designed to (A) not overpenetrate the offender's body and strike down a bystander blocked from the shooter's view at the time of the shot, and (B) to not ricochet and endanger bystanders.

As always, know where the attack against you is likely to come -- whether on the street or in court -- and have a proven counter already in place.
